🚋 Vintage Tram Line 42

During the period from 18. 07. 2026 – 10. 08. 2026, track repairs are planned. Tram line 42 will run via the stops Karlovo náměstí – Moráň – Palackého náměstí – Jiráskovo náměstí – Národní divadlo – Karlovy lázně – Staroměstská – Malostranská. A detailed overview of the route can be found here.

National Gallery Prague

🚇 Traffic restrictions in public transport

I. P. Pavlova – Muzeum
Due to the construction of a new tram line, tram service will be suspended between I. P. Pavlova and Muzeum from June 14, 2025, until March 2027. This measure will affect tram lines 11 and 13. All information can be found here.

AE (Airport Express)
In the direction of the city centre the line does not stop in the Terminál 2 stop.

Flora (Metro Line A)
Due to reconstruction works, Flora metro station on Line A will be temporarily closed from 2 February 2026 until further notice. The Flora area can be reached by regular tram lines. Detailed information can be found here.

Újezd – Lazarská (tram lines 2, 4, 5, 9, 18, 22, 23, 42)
From 18. 7. – 10. 8. 2026, tram services between Újezd and Lazarská will be temporarily suspended due to tram track reconstruction. The disruption affects tram lines 2, 4, 5, 9, 18, 22, 23 and historic tram line 42. More information here.
