Das weitläufige Gelände des Klementinums ist einer der größten Gebäudekomplexe Europas und wurde ursprünglich als Jesuitenkolleg errichtet. Teil der Besichtigung ist ein Blick in den Saal der Barockbibliothek, die oft als die schönste der Welt bezeichnet wird. Sie wurde 1727 fertiggestellt und ihre noch offene Sammlung umfasst über 27 000 Bände überwiegend fremdsprachiger theologischer Literatur. Der Saal ist mit wunderschönen Fresken zum Thema Wissenschaft und Kunst ausgeschmückt. Im Saal befinden sich außerdem mehrere historisch wertvolle Globen. Eine weitere Station auf dem Rundgang ist die Meridianhalle, wo originale astronomische Instrumente zur Bestimmung des wahren Mittags ausgestellt sind. Krönender Abschluss der Besichtigung ist der Astronomische Turm, der mit seiner Höhe von 68 Metern einen unvergesslichen Ausblick auf das Zentrum von Prag und die Prager Burg garantiert.
