Did you know that...

The IAM Illusion Art Museum Prague presents a space full of illusion art and trick art, which is guaranteed to appeal to all age groups. Unexpected optical effects will play with your imagination and thus expand the visual perception of the world with new perspectives. Not only will you discover original works, but most of the installation is made up of interactive and creative elements. Thanks to this, you can take many photos where you will be the protagonist of the stories in an illusory processing and take away a perfect memory of your visit to Prague.

The exhibition has not only an entertaining but also an educational part, and the illusory techniques are placed in a historical context. You will learn who promoted them, what they were used for in their time, and how perspective and perception of space developed over time. Some works are directly related to important personalities and events from Czech history. You will become the initiators of an illusory defenestration, you will experience the siege of Prague firsthand or you will participate in the fall of the monarchy in Bohemia. Illusive portrayals of St. Agnes of the Czech, Bedřich Smetana, Antonín Dvořák, Tomáš Bata, St. Wenceslas, Nikola Tesla, Charles IV, Franz Kafka, Karel Čapek, Otto Wichterle, František Kupka, Václav Havel and others await you.
