Keep your Pass or e-Pass with you at all times - it serves as a ticket in the metro, trams, funicular, city bus and trolleybus lines and ferries. It is not valid on suburban buses and trains. Don't look for turnstiles or other ticket machines - all you have to do is show your QR code in the mobile app or the physical card if asked by a transport inspector.
