Did you know that...

The building of the National Technical Museum is an impressive functionalist structure from the 1930s. There are 15 permanent exhibitions documenting the development of many technical fields, natural sciences and industry. Unique temporary exhibitions take place here. Together with the National Agricultural Museum, it forms an extensive architectural complex near Letenské sady.

Permanent exhibitions include Architecture, Construction and Design, Astronomy, Transportation, Photographic Studio, InterCamera, Printing, Technology in the Home, Chemistry Around Us, Measurement of Time, Mining, Metallurgy, Ore and Coal Mine, Television Studio, Technology in Toys and Merkur Playroom.
