Did you know that...

The Public Transport Museum offers a unique collection of historical vehicles representing public transport in Prague from the end of the 19th Century to the present day. It is located in Střešovice. As of 1993, the listed carriage house from 1909 has housed the permanent exhibition of the Public Transport Museum with 40 vehicles on permanent display. There is also an exhibition about the history of public transport in Prague and many other items historically related to transport in Prague.

A visit to the museum can be enhanced by a ride aboard a historical tram either along historic or retro tram lines, or a completely private tour aboard a rented tram as offered by the Prague City Transit Company.
